Cardboard technique

To see the aura through the cardboard technique, you will need 1 sheet of blue cardboard (preferably dark blue) and a volunteer person. To perform it, find a quiet place in which you will not be disturbed and that necessarily needs to have a white wall (or a whiteboard background).

The volunteer should stand in front of the white background, looking at you. While she waits, stare at the blue cardboard for approximately 5 minutes, avoiding blinking during this period. When the 5 minutes have passed, look at the person positioned in front of the white wall. Her aura will be visible.

Counting technique up to 5

In this technique, you need to be sitting facing the person you are analyzing. Stare at the person's third eye chakra region (between the eyebrows) and count from 1 to 5. Then close your eyes quickly and keep them closed for another five seconds.

Then open your eyes again and look at the root chakra, located above the head, of the person in front of you. Count once more to five and close your eyes. Then mentally ask: what color is [person's name]'s aura? Take note of the first name or the first color that appears on your mental screen. This is the color of the person's aura.

Approximate Finger Technique

To do the close-fingers technique, place your hands in front of your body so that they are no more than 2 inches apart from each other. Then, fold all the fingers of each hand, except the index fingers, which should be straight.

Then, start staring at the space between your index fingers, taking care to focus only on this area and ignore all the other elements in your field of vision. Avoid blinking. In time, you will notice that your vision will start to blur and a sort of smoke will fill the space between your fingers.

This smoke increases and decreases as you move your fingers apart or closer. If you can see it, congratulations, you are already seeing your own aura.

Technique of observing the hand

In the hand observation technique, you will need to stretch out your arm, preferably the arm that is the hand with which you are writing. When your arm is fully extended, stretch the fingers of your hand, stretching them as far as possible toward the sky.

Finally, focus on the tip of your index finger. Stare until you see a smoke or filament of light above it. This is your aura.

Foil technique

Find a sheet of white sulphite paper, without staves. It is important that the sheet of paper you have chosen fits your whole hand on its surface. Once you have the paper, stretch your hand out on it and draw, with the help of a pencil or pen, a dot above your index finger.

As with the previous technique, you will need to stretch out your arm and keep your vision centered on the dot drawn on the paper. Stare, ignoring your peripheral vision, until your aura becomes visible. It will appear as smoke or mist and its color will vary according to your state of mind.

Mirror technique

To practice this technique, you'll need a mirror. It can be your hand mirror, as long as it's possible to see your whole head on its surface (for this, in the case of small mirrors, you'll need to move your head away until it's fully reflected in it).

Then stare at the mirror, staring only at your head and ignoring furniture and all other objects reflected in the mirror. It is important not to blink. During the process, you will notice that your face will reveal a kind of smoke, which may have different colors.

Is it really possible to see the aura with the naked eye?

Yes. Seeing the aura with the naked eye is not only possible.
