2) When it is boiling, turn off the heat and add the rosemary and basil sprigs;

3) Cover the pot and let it infuse for about 5 minutes.

4) After the time has passed, use the sword-of-Saint-Jorge leaf as a spoon and stir this herbal infusion for 30 seconds, counterclockwise.

5) Then strain the herbs, reserving them, and add the infusion to a bucket;

6) Take your hygienic bath as usual.

7) Then, use the herbal infusion to soak your body from the neck down.

After drying naturally, collect the rest of the used herbs and bury them.

Discharge bath with sage

- 1 clear quartz crystal;

- 1 black onyx;

- 1 cornaline;

- 1 smoked quartz.

In this bath, use all the crystals in rolled form, with the exception of the clear quartz crystal which may be in the raw version.

How to do

To make the bath with crystals, follow the next steps:

1) Fill a bucket with 2 liters of water.

2) Next, place the crystals into the water while imagining a powerful light emanating from them and energizing the water.

3) Leave them in the water for 15 minutes.

4) After the time has passed, take your hygienic bath as usual.

5) Next, use the water with the crystals to bathe your body from the neck down.

At the end of the bath, take another harmonizing bath with herbs and leave the crystals in a garden or potted plant to neutralize their energies.

What to do after the bath of discharge?

After doing the bath of discharge, it is essential to take a bath of energizing herbs. To perform it, make an infusion of the same amount of herbs that are combined and given in the following list, according to your intention:
